 Cortney Finney

Coach Finney brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach at the Division I FBS level. During his successful athletic career, he was a 4-year varsity football standout with All-District honors. He began his college journey at junior college, where he was named National Defensive Player of the Year and earned First-Team All-American recognition. He continued his career at the University of North Texas, finishing as the second-leading tackler on the team.

These accomplishments have shaped Coach Finney’s passion for teaching, leading, and coaching. As the leader of our Defensive Line Academy, he is committed to helping athletes maximize their potential and dominate on the field.
