Shaun Smith

I started In-Phase training in the summer of 2021. Being a long-time educator and high school coach, I wanted to share my knowledge and expertise with more people. Sports has been part of my life for a very long time. I played football in college and my dad was a collegiate coach. I have been around sports my entire life. I know what it takes to play at the next level, and I know what it takes to become successful. I live for the success story. I live to help people improve their lives. I want to see my young athletes succeed on the field or the court. I have 12 years of High School Coaching Experience, a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and I am a certified Personal Trainer. I am qualified and extremely passionate. My motto is simple, " When You Win, We Win"!

Darryl Long

My parents found a trainer for me when I was in high school and that experience changed my life. I was always talented, but a trainer gave me more confidence, and one on one attention, which I would have never received while in school. Because of that experience, I want to give back to youth and high school athletes. I want to have a similar impact on them. I love to see young athletes progress. I love to see student-athletes conquer hurdles they never thought were possible. I played football collegiately at Kentucky and Akron. I received a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Masters in Exercise Science. You won't find better coaching or training in all of DFW. You won't find people who want to see your child succeed more than me.

Jay Finley

I am proud of my athletic journey. I am proud of all my accomplishments. I am truly blessed, because many athletes never reach the heights I have experienced. At this point in my life, I am ready to give back. I am ready to see other success stories. I am ready to make the impossible possible. I played Running Back at Baylor and was a running back for the Bengals. I want your child to have glimpse of my experiences. I have a Bachelors in Education and I minored in Kinesiology. I am a certified personal trainer. I am as qualified as you can get. I am ready to work my tail off for you. Failure isn't an option.
